These Terms of Service govern your use of fourthepeople.com, operated by 4 The People, a licensed health insurance agency. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Our service
We help you compare ACA marketplace health plans and, if you choose, enroll through a licensed agent. Quotes and subsidy amounts shown on this site are estimates based on the information you provide; the final premium and tax credit are determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace at the time of application. Our service is free to you — we are compensated by insurance carriers.
SMS terms (text messaging program)
By providing your mobile phone number on our enrollment form, you consent to receive text messages from 4 The People related to your quote and enrollment, including:
- One-time verification codes to confirm your contact information;
- Updates about your application and messages from your assigned licensed agent.
- Message frequency varies based on your enrollment activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (954) 363-1920.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information about your household and income. Inaccurate information can change your eligibility for coverage or tax credits and may need to be corrected with the Marketplace.
No guarantee of coverage
Displaying a plan on this site is not a guarantee of enrollment or coverage. Final eligibility, effective dates, and premiums are determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace and the insurance carrier.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 The People is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable insurance regulations.
